Shooting on Penzance St

On February 06, 2016 at approximately 8:10 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the area of Penzance and Dexter St in Salinas on the report of a man down. Upon arriving on scene Deputies discovered that Vincent Palomino (7-30-79), was the victim of a gunshot wound.
